I’ve been wanting to do a full film shoot for a while. My friend Janine, from Foraged convinced me to do a shoot with her with a fine art feel. Janine arranged everything so how could I say no. We did this shoot at Natte Valleij, which is a hidden gem in the Cape Winelands area. It’s one of the lesser known venues, but it is truly stunning! The working farm has Cape Dutch architecture and a beautiful garden! It felt like we were shooting in Europe, and not South Africa.
We went for timeless styling and were blessed with the most beautiful Winelands afternoon light. It was amazing working with this talented team on this shoot. I’m inspired to shoot a full wedding on film. Any brides keen?
